Defend My Phone Warranty

1. What is covered with the Defend My Phone Warranty?

The Defend My Phone Warranty covers up to $300 of accidental damage to the screen of your device (screen breakage, cracks, or material damage to the screen). It does not cover loss.

2. How do I register my Defend My Phone warranty?

The Defend My Phone Warranty can be activated by visiting here.

Please enter the unique policy number found in your Defend My Phone pack. Your warranty must be activated online within 30 days of purchase.

3. When does my coverage begin with Defend My Phone?

Your coverage begins on the day of purchase of your Defend My Phone pack. You must register your warranty within 30-days in order for your warranty to be validated. Your coverage is applicable to 1 device for a 12-month period.

4. What is not covered with my Defend My Phone Warranty?

Defend My Phone covers damage to your device’s screen. It does not cover liquid, software or damage to other parts of your device. It does not cover theft or loss of your device or any malicious or intentional damage.

5. What information will I need to provide to start my Defend My Phone Warranty?

  • Activation Code - Found inside your Defend My Phone package.

  • Basic Personal Information – Name, full address, email, and phone number.

  • Device IMEI or MEID – Usually found on the box, on back or under the battery of the device.

  • Device phone number

  • Wireless carrier

  • Make of device

  • Model of device

  • Color of device

  • Built-in storage of device (64gb, 128gb, etc)

6. I’m having trouble registering my warranty, what do I do now?

7. How do I file a Defend My Phone claim?

Please login to your account and click on the "file claim” link. Here you’ll be provided with all the information you need to file your claim as well as a list of close by providers who can assist you with a screen repair.

8. How many claims can I make with my Defend My Phone warranty?

Your Defend My Phone entitles you to one claim up to the value of your purchased protection (up to $300) during the 12 month period from the purchase date of your warranty.

9. Where can I get my phone repaired?

We have over 10,000 repair partners nationwide. Please find one of our closest partners for repairs here. In the unlikely event a partner is not close enough for you to travel to. You have the option of mailing in your device to be repaired.

 

Liquid Glass

1. What is Liquid Glass?

Liquid Glass is made of a unique Silicone Oxide Coating which contains a ceramic coupling agent that chemically bonds into the glass surface of your device. This fuses the glass creating a hydrophobic and protective coating by capping the glass pores in your glass. Liquid Glass improves the durability, visibility and strength of your device while protecting it from cracks, scratches and the elements.

2. How does Liquid Glass defend my phone?

Liquid Glass utilizes the latest in nanotechnology to improve the quality and strength of the glass of your device. It creates a Quantum bond that chemically fuses into the glass molecules creating a strong covalent bond. The Quantum Ceramic Coating creates a protective shield on the glass of your device that increases the safety and durability with increased visual clarity and repelling of the elements.

3. How do I apply Liquid Glass to my device?

Using the disposable gloves to protect your hands, open the Glass Prep Packet and wipe evenly across the entire device screen.

     a. Let liquid stand for 1 minute.

     b. Without wiping off the Glass Prep liquid, wipe on Glass Shield evenly across the device screen.

     c. Let liquid stand for 2 minutes.

     d. Wipe off any residual using a clean, damp cloth, and dry thoroughly with a microfiber cloth.

4. Is Liquid Glass harmful to my device?

No, not at all, Liquid Glass has been designed, used and tested in the USA across multiple professional industries. We are already used in over 10 million automobiles in America. There are no harmful aspects to the use on your device. Quite the opposite, it will increase the strength of the glass on your device, while improving its clarity, it’s responsiveness and acting as an antibacterial shield.

5. Can I use Liquid Glass if my screen is already cracked?

Unfortunately not, if your screen is already cracked it is highly likely that it will continue to weaken and the crack will become larger. It is not advisable to put anything on your screen if this is the case. If your screen is cracked it is advisable to have the crack repaired before applying the Liquid glass, which will ensure it is protected against future damage. 

6. How long will the Liquid Glass defend my devices?

Unlike our competitors who claim their products must be reapplied every 12 months, Liquid Glass will protect your device’s screen for up to 3 years. No one can match the strength and durability of our protection.

7. Can Liquid Glass be used on things other than the screen of my device?

No, our unique Liquid Glass is designed specifically to strengthen and bond with the glass of your device. It is not designed to work with metal or plastic so we do not recommend using it on anything other than the screens of your devices.

8. Is Liquid Glass Antibacterial?

Yes, as well as strengthening the glass of your device and improving the clarity, our Liquid Glass will also remove any existing bacteria from your screen. Once the bonding has completed your Liquid Glass will act as a defense shield against any future bacteria, oil or smudges on your screen.

No, it improves the strength of your screen, protects from bacteria and enhances the responsiveness and clarity of your device. It is designed for the screen of your device and not any internal components. This removes the risk of any potential warranty issues. 

11. How many devices can one pack of Defend My Phone Liquid Glass protect?

We offer more protection than anyone else on the market. Each pack of Defend My Phone contains 2 ML of Liquid Glass which can cover up to 3 phones, or 1 phone, 1 tablet & 1 smart watch. There is not another competitor on the market that offers coverage for more than 1 device. Please remember that if you buy a Defend My Phone with a warranty for screen damage you are only covered on repairs of 1 nominated device.

Returns

 1. If you choose to return your Defend My Phone product, it must be unopened/unused liquid. Purchaser is responsible for postage associated with the return. Contact info@defendmyphone.com for address to return product.

 

Petfetch

1. What is Petfetch?

Petfetch is a simple, safe, stylish and incredibly effective way to protect your pets. We connect members whose pets have gone missing with the people who find them, via a secure and anonymous chat messaging system, or via an online pet profile. You have been issued a unique ID number that is used to identify and protect your pet.  In the unfortunate event that your pet goes missing, any potential finder of your pet, will be directed to www.PetfetchID.com where he/she will enter your unique pet tag ID number. We will automatically notify you by email that your pet has been located. The next step is to put you in touch with the finder. Once the finder has written to you via a secure chat room, simply arrange a mutually convenient collection time and place be reunited with your pet. You also have the ability to create a unique online pet profile on Pet Fetch where you can leave as many contact details as you wish. Once the finder of your missing pet inserts your details into the system they will have full access to all of the information you have shared about your pet. 

2. Registering for the Services

When you register for the Services, you become a Registered User. Petfetch offers one type of subscription: "Lifetime Service" with the purchase of a PetfetchID tag. The Plan allows use by multiple Registered Users. To register, You must have purchased or received a PetfetchID tag. With the pet tag's unique ID number you must complete the registration form here:  warranty.defendmyphone.com  Amongst other standard sign-up information, the registration form requires you to provide your email address and password.  This is so that Petfetch can notify you in the event that your pets are found. Your pet tag must be registered to activate the Petfetch loss retrieval service.  Promotions and discounts are offered at PetfetchID’s sole discretion, can be cancelled at any time, and may have other terms or conditions that must be satisfied by You before they can be used.

3.   What happens if You lose a pet?

Your PetfetchID tag, depending on which pet is missing, contains instructions to a Finder.  The Finder may go to the Website and enter the unique ID code shown on the tag attached to Your pet.  Once that is done, the Website will generate an automatic email notifying You that your pet has been located.  The Finder does not receive Your email address or any information about You unless you choose to share this information in your Petfetch pet profile.

The Finder enters his email address into the Website and is automatically connected to an anonymous messaging system through which he can send You an anonymous message. The Website sends You a message containing a link to an anonymous private chat room in which you can view the Finder’s message. You can then use this messaging system to self-arrange a suitable time and place to collect Your missing pet. If you create a PetfetchID profile with more personal details upon entering your pet's unique ID number the finder will be able to contact you via any contact method you have chosen to list.

The chat room is recorded and monitored to provide You with protection and security in case of a dispute.  Keyfetch have a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or unethical behavior. Keyfetch reserves the right to cancel any subscription in the event Keyfetch determines, in its sole discretion that the Services are being abused or that any Registered User is violating the acceptable use policy, which may be updated from time to time in Keyfetch’s sole discretion.

Petfetch will not disclose Your contact details or any other information about You to a Finder.  You are under no obligation to disclose any information to a Finder unless you choose to do so.

4. Tips on collecting Your lost Pets

Please remember that you will probably be collecting your pet from a complete stranger.

Also please note that you have no obligation to make any payment to a Finder. By using the Website, a Finder is agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.  If you are a Finder, then as an express condition of these Terms and Conditions, you agree not to require or request payment in return for returning a missing pet to a Registered User.  If any Finder does make such a request, please feel free to report them to contact@PetfetchID.com. Keyfetch are not obligated to, and will not, reimburse you for any amount demanded by, or paid to, a Finder.

As a Registered User or a Finder using the Services or the Website, you agree to use the Services and the Website responsibly and are solely liable and responsible for all information your provide to, or receive through, the Service or the Website.

When arranging to meet another person using the Services or the Website, you MUST take appropriate precautions and must review the safety tips available at PetfetchID.com.  Any and all such meetings are at your own risk and are not the responsibility of the Petfetch parent company Keyfetch or any owner, officer, employee or affiliate of Keyfetch.

 

DriveAmerica Key

1. What is DriveAmerica Key?

DriveAmerica Key is a lost key retrieval service that helps a Registered User who have a missing keys interact with a Finder of their key through an anonymous web portal.

2. Registering for the Services

When you subscribe for the Services, you become a Registered User. DriveAmericaKey offers one type of subscription: "Lifetime Service".  To subscribe, you must register for the DriveAmerica Key service.  Amongst other standard sign-up information, the registration process requires you to provide your email address and password.  This is so that DriveAmerica Key can notify you in the event that your keys are found.  Promotions and discounts are offered in DriveAmerica Key’s sole discretion, can be cancelled at any time, and may have other terms or conditions that must be satisfied by you before they can be used. 

3. What happens if you lose a key?

Your DriveAmerica Key label or key ring, depending on which key is missing, contains instructions to a Finder.  The Finder may go to the Website and enter the ID code shown on the DriveAmerica Key label attached to your key.  Once that is done, the Website will generate an automatic email notifying you that your key has been located.  The Finder does not receive your email address or any information about you.

DriveAmerica Roadside Assistance

1. What is Roadside Assistance?

Roadside Assistance acts as your most trusted ally when the vehicle breaks down. In other words, Roadside Assistance Coverage means a professional technician comes to your rescue when your car breaks down in the middle of the journey leaving you stranded.

2. How do I register for Roadside Assistance?

You will be automatically registered for Roadside Assistance for a 1-year period when you registrar your Defend My Phone warranty.

3. If I need Roadside Assistance, who do I contact?

Contact the 24/7 Roadside Assistance toll-free number located in your Defend My Phone Membership terms and conditions

4. What is included in my Roadside Assistance Package?
  • Towing Assistance: When towing is necessary, the member’s vehicle will be towed to a qualified repair facility, or to the location specified by the customer.
  • Extrication Assistance: Aids with extricating the covered vehicle when stuck in a ditch, or other inaccessible area, in which such location is within 50 feet of a paved maintained road or highway.
  • Flat Tire Assistance: Service consists of the replacement of a flat tire with the vehicle’s spare tire. Towing assistance will be provided if necessary.
  • Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service: An emergency supply of oil, fluid and water will be delivered to any member in immediate need. The member must pay for costs of the fluids if applicable.
  • Fuel Delivery Service: An emergency supply of fuel will be delivered to any member in immediate need.  Up to three (3) gallons of fuel will be delivered. The member must pay for costs of the fuel.
  • Battery Assistance: Battery assistance (Jump–Start) will be provided to any member in immediate need. 
  • Lock-Out Assistance: Assistance will be provided in gaining entry to a member’s vehicle if the keys are lost or locked inside.
  • Hotel and Auto Rental Discounts: Member will need to call the toll-free number for the hotel of their choice and provide the discount number in order to receive the discount. United States Auto Club, Motoring Division, Inc. is not responsible for making reservations.
  • Travel Reservation Service: Fast and convenient domestic airline and car rental reservations using just one toll-free number.  Plus, members receive 5% back on all reservations booked through the Travel Reservation Service.
  • Emergency Message Relay Service: We aid in relaying an emergency message to (up to three) family members, friends, business associates, (etc.) when the member is involved in a vehicular emergency and needs an emergency message sent to notify another party of the delay or emergency.
  • Auto Theft Reward Benefit: This benefit pays a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone who steals a member’s vehicle. Member, including family members and law enforcement personnel are ineligible for this reward. The reward does not cover loss from vandalism or stolen contents. This offer covers any licensed, private passenger or recreational motor vehicle owned by you or your spouse. It does not cover off-road vehicles or vehicles used for commercial purposes.  Auto Theft Reward Benefit claims are limited to one in any twelve (12) month period.
  • Hit and Run Reward Benefit: This benefit pays a $5,000 reward to the person who provides information to a law enforcement agency that leads to the arrest and conviction of any person who damages your vehicle and leaves the scene. Member, including family members and law enforcement personnel are ineligible for this reward. This offer covers any licensed, private passenger or recreational motor vehicle owned by you or your spouse. It does not cover off-road vehicles or vehicles used for commercial purposes. Acts of vandalism are not covered. Hit and Run Reward Benefit claims are limited to one in any twelve (12) month period.
  • Emergency Travel Expense (ETE) Benefit: If the member is in an accident more than 100 miles from home that disables their vehicle, we will pay the member up to $1,000 for hotel, meals, car rental and transportation costs incurred by you within three days of the accident. Coverage includes commercial transportation to your destination and return after repair. Expenses for entertainment, recreation, and nonessential goods and services are not covered.  Emergency Travel Expense Benefit claims are limited to two in any twelve (12) month period.

  • Emergency Destination Assistance Benefit : In the event your automobile is disabled (not due to an accident) and you need alternate transportation to your destination or back home, this benefit entitles you to a reimbursement of up to $75 for emergency transportation (taxicab, rental car, shuttle, etc.) to an immediate destination.

  • Identity Theft Assistance: Provides access to monitor your Social Security Number, up to ten credit and debit cards, and up to ten bank accounts in underground chat rooms, websites and blogs where identity thieves trade and sell stolen data. Members also have access to a resolution service that provides personalized assistance in the event they become a victim of identity fraud. Also includes access to a Lost / Stolen Wallet service which will provide support in canceling and replacing lost or stolen credit cards.

  • Expert Opinion Service: This valuable benefit provides you peace of mind in knowing that in the event your vehicle has a mechanical failure of any kind, you will pay a fair and correct price for the needed repairs.  If you’re not sure about the recommended repairs or a seemingly excessive repair estimate, we’ve got you covered.  Call our tollfree number to speak to one of our ASE-Certified Master Technicians who can provide you with a second opinion on any auto service or repair estimate.  If you prefer; the technician will call the repair facility on your behalf.
